J-PAS: forecasts for dark matter-dark energy elastic couplings

Abstract We consider a cosmological model where dark matter and energy feature coupling that only affects their momentum transfer in the corresponding Euler equations. perform fit to observables confirm previous findings within these scenarios favour presence of at more than 3σ. This improvement is mainly driven by cluster counts from Planck Sunyaev-Zeldovich data we include as certain prior. subsequently forecast for future J-PAS find clustering measurements will permit clearly discern an interaction few percent level with uncoupled case 10σ when complete survey, covering 8500 sq. deg., considered. found inclusion weak lensing not help further constrain parameter. For completeness, compare forecasts DESI Euclid, which provide similar discriminating power.
